Jim has been in the consulting profession for 30 years providing services to both the public and private sectors. For the last 22 years, Jim has owned and managed his own professional consulting firm. Working with individuals and groups/teams, at all levels, he has expertly employed coaching, facilitation, high involvement, team development and assessment methods to increase performance. Jim has extensive experience working with diverse industries, such as, automotive, aerospace, metals processing, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and telecommunications. Jim was also on the University of Michigan’s Executive Education Staff where, for 8 years, he taught the lead day in the long standing Management of Managers Course.
